Construction surveying The $100 million, six-storey office building is a landmark redevelopment of the Bendigo city centre. It will incorporate a new shopping complex, cafes and outdoor meeting areas. The building itself is eco-friendly, with a range of features including passive solar design, under-floor air conditioning, atriums for natural light, external blinds to track the sun, louvres for natural airflow, rainwater tanks and black-water recycling.
